Purchasing one of our refurbished tech products through our store, you will have peace of mind knowing this will be backed up by our full 12-month warranty.

Extended Warranty

On top of this standard 12-month warranty, we also offer an extended 12-month warranty, taking the total warranty on a product up to 24 months. You can purchase the extended warranty using the below link, simply adding this to your shopping cart at the same time as purchasing your tech.

What does our warranty cover?

Our free 12-month and all extended warranty services cover all possible damage / hardware or software defects.

What our warranty does NOT cover?

We do not cover software defects and issues caused by user error, such as forgotten passwords, failed updates or virus/malware infections.

We do not cover accidental hardware damage, such as damage deriving from falls/impact or liquid ingress/spillage.

Please note that devices have internal liquid ingress indicators which will alert the repair technician if the device has come in contact with any liquid.

Batteries are a consumable item, and subject to daily wear and tear depending on the usage of the tech by the user. The guarantee on all batteries is always limited to the first 30-days from the date of the invoice / receipt of order.

Money Back Guarantee

We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team via email to sales@lizardtechsolutions.com, or contact us by phone on 01634 757858.

For all returns covered within the 30-day money back guarantee period, all we ask is that you pay the return postage using your own fully insured courier/postal service. This will cover for any unforeseeable loss or damage. We will not be held liable otherwise.

All returns covered within the 30-day money back guarantee period should arrive to us in exactly the same condition as when they left, including all power supplies/accessories and original packaging. 

Once the 30-day warranty period is over, it will no longer be possible to exchange goods or request refunds as the order will be officially accounted for and can no longer undergo any changes. 

Device warranty check

To verify that an item is still covered by our Warranty, you can contact our customer service team by Phone or email,

  • Check the date of purchase the receipt / receipt or the invoice issued
  • Make sure the problem is not with battery or power supply, which is covered for 30 days only.
  • Verify that our warranty sealis still intact and has not been removed. Please note that in some cases it can be placed inside the item, so you just need to not alter the device for the entire warranty period.

If you cannot trace the purchase invoice, please contact us directly, we will be happy to help you in the search.

Please note that we DO NOT keep track of receipts, so once issued, it will be your responsibility to keep hold of it.

In the absence of the original purchase receipt, the guarantee cannot be validated.

Please note: 

If you open up a money back guarantee for a battery and / or charger malfunction within the first 30 days, or request assistance close to the end of the warranty period, you must then send the device within 5 days from the date of the return request. After 5 days, if you have not posted the item back to us, you will have to make contact again, as you may then be outside of the guarantee period.

Check integrity of the warranty seal

In every Refurbished device sold by our company there is a warranty seal, which indicates that the product has been overhauled and professionally refurbished by our team and has therefore been made suitable for sale on our e-commerce store.

On laptops, our seal is present on the back and is easy to check, but on other devices it is inserted in parts that are not easily visible and can only be checked by our in-house technicians.

It is essential that it remains always intact during the warranty period, otherwise we will be unable to help for free, so make sure not to disassemble the devices or have them checked by technicians outside of our company.
