Extended Warranty

On top of this standard 12-month (or 90-Day depending on device) warranty, we also offer an extended 12-month warranty, taking the total warranty on a product up to 24 months (or 15 months if the product comes with standard 90-Day warranty).

What does our warranty cover?

Our free 12-month and all extended warranty services cover all possible damage / hardware or software defects.

What our warranty does NOT cover?

We do not cover software defects and issues caused by user error, such as forgotten passwords, failed updates or virus/malware infections.

We do not cover accidental hardware damage, such as damage deriving from falls/impact or liquid ingress/spillage.

Please note that devices have internal liquid ingress indicators which will alert the repair technician if the device has come in contact with any liquid.

Batteries are a consumable item, and subject to daily wear and tear depending on the usage of the tech by the user. The guarantee on all batteries is always limited to the first 30-days from the date of the invoice / receipt of order.
