When are orders processed?

Our operating hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and all Orders are processed and emails answered within this time.

Can I get my order tomorrow?

All items displaying as in stock on our site are available to be shipped with next day delivery if your order is placed before 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday. We do however advise you to contact our customer care team who will be able to advise you on the stock and delivery options on each item.

Please be aware that payment is taken automatically when an order is placed, so please feel free to contact us before or after placing an order if you wish to check when your order will be dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

We offer a choice of delivery methods witch can be selected from within the checkout pages, DPD offer a next day service and Royal Mail delivery normally takes 2 to 3 day to arrive.

Please note days for deliveries are Monday to Friday.

Is there a cut-off time for next day delivery?

If your order for delivery to the UK is received before 14:00 Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch the same day.

We do however advise you to contact our customer care team who will be able to advise you on the stock and delivery options on each item.
 We may also be able to provide delivery services not advertised online for an additional fee.

Which service should I choose if I would like next day delivery in the UK?

We use DPD as our chosen partner for next day delivery.

Which couriers do you use?

For UK orders we offer both UPS and DPD Local on our website checkout. 

To save time and keep to delivery expectations, we sometimes have orders shipped directly from our suppliers' or the manufacturers', shipping hubs. If this occurs, the courier may not be DPD Local or UPS. When your order is dispatched we will inform you if it has been sent direct, instead of by the options offered from our warehouse.

Will I get a tracking number?

On the day an order is dispatched from a Clove warehouse we will send an email notification, including any tracking reference available for tracked mail & courier shipments.

If your order is dispatched directly from our supplier or the manufacturer, we may not have the tracking information immediately available. In these cases, your dispatch email will note this detail, and we will endeavour to have the tracking information sent on to you promptly as soon as we are made aware of it.

If you do not receive a tracking number and are expecting one, please feel free to contact us.

Do you offer Weekend (Saturday / Sunday) Delivery?

We are able to offer DPD delivery on a Saturday / Sunday for an extra cost, however this service is not available for selection on the website, please contact if you require this service.  

Please Note:

If a standard DPD order is dispatched on a Friday, your items will be delivered on Monday.

UK Services

We offer a wide range of services to UK addresses. Depending on the contents of your basket, not all options may be shown on our checkout. 

Royal Mail 48

All orders are delivered with Royal Mail and normally arrive within 2 business days, However we cannot guarantee delivery within 2 days.

If your item is too big for your letterbox and nobody is home, then a card will be left enabling you to arrange re-delivery online via the Royal Mail website or collect from your local Royal Mail sorting office. If you do not rearrange delivery or collect the package within 18 days then it will be returned to us.

UK Couriers

All of our Courier / Bulky orders are delivered with DPD, once dispatched, delivery should take place on the next business day between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm. We will provide tracking details for all parcels and you will be given a 1-hour time slot by DPD.

We would recommend downloading the DPD app as this provide you with the best options for managing your delivery, you can also send a message directly to the driver.
