Our Grading

• New – Brand new product in original or specialised packaging.
• Open box/Like new - Fully working product in Pristine / immaculate condition with no signs of use, Just like new. 
• Grade A – Fully working product in premium / excellent condition which has limited / minimal signs of use. This may include fine scratches that are barely visible, but overall will be in excellent cosmetic condition.
• Grade B – Fully working product in very good condition with light but noticeable signs of everyday use. Typical scratches that may occur with ownership. Nothing major and no deep scratches. 
• Grade C - Fully working product in good condition which has noticible signs of everyday use to screen/casing (stated in condition note). This includes relatively deeper scratches and dents to the device.
